How to Book Telaga Waja Rafting
Bukit Cilli Telaga Waja Rafting organizing rafting trip on the river of Telaga Waja
serves trip for individual with minimum participant of 2 persons or group booking with
maximum 150 persons with 2 scheduled departure that are at 10.00am for morning
rafting trip and 13.00pm for afternoon rafting trip.
GROUP BOOKING
For booking more then 15 persons it is suggested to book far in advance, as the capacity
operation will be divided by regular travellers, daily travellers. Regular travellers at
some degree its numbers can be seen, while daily booking is impossible to know the number
for certain date unless 1 day before the tour is started. With past experience for group
it is expected at least 14 days prior to the date of rafting must be received by us, while
booking for full capacity from 50 persons up we must receive the plan at least 1 month before
the date of rafting with some down payment to secure the booking. The most comfortable
way to enquire the rate and availability is to
fill the form provided with the link to facilitate a mature correspondence before the
confirmation is done.
INDIVIDUAL BOOKING
Number of participant below 14 persons is classified as individual booking, and for this
type of booking is expected at least 2 days prior to the date of rafting to ensure that
the availability of service is confirmed, especially transportation which serves the
transfers fom/to the place of rafting start at Telaga Waja river.

PAYMENT
Payment can be effected through telegraphic transfer, ATM or Paypal for booking prior to the date
of rafting which apply special discounted rates. Our policy on various bookings are as follows:
Group booking a deposit is needed upon the confirmation, and the rest can be paid at our rafting start point in cash as no credit cards are accepted.
The amount of deposit is to be approved upon confirmation by our reservation or our sales and marketing.
For Individual booking is needed at least 1 day before the date of rafting and payment can
be done at our rafting start point in cash. Noted that no credit cards are accepted at start point.

CANCELLATION
GROUP BOOKING
Cancellation can be made without penalty if cancelled 7 days before the date of rafting and must
be by written advise such as email or fax or SMS during low season Pebruari-Maret,
Oktober-November while 14 days during high season of Desember-Januari and Juni-September,
and if fail to advise us the cancellation charge will be fortified in full.
CANCELLATION FOR INDIVIDUAL BOOKING
Cancellation can be made 7 days prior to the date of rafting for high season of
Desember-Januari dan Juni-September, 3 days during low season of Pebruari-Maret,
Oktober-November. Advise of cancellation must be in writing by email, fax or SMS.
Fail to advise us on this matter full charge will be fortified.
